A View to die for doesn't have to break the bank. This unit was gutted and furnished to be a full time residence. All new cabinets, corian countertops, designer tile and new appliances and furnishings. When the owner had to move out of state, we grabbed this unit to include in our rentals. The unit has commanding ocean and beach views from the ocean side and fantastic bay views from the bedrooms. The building and unit are direct oceanfront and the building has a large oceanfront deck, an oceanfront fitness center, and a large indoor pool. The unit is equipped with two Queen designer beds with very comfortable mattresses. The Living Room and both bedroom have TV serviced by cable with HBO and Showtime. The unit also has its own computer with High Speed Internet.
This unit does not have an oceanfront bar and grill or any speciality shops. However, you can hang out at the bar and grill next door without having to pay the extra $500-$750 per week extra for the same size unit.
